4 weeks exactly, symptoms go away

So I found out that I’m pregnant yesterday morning so I haven’t gotten to call my doctor yet, but for a few days now, I’ve been a little queasy with slightly sore breasts but today, there has been nothing. I had a chemical in September so I’m just a little scared. Is this normal or should I expect that it’s another chemical?
