I don’t know what’s happening

Hey ladies well yesterday I started having some cramping on my right side that is radiating down my right leg and then I noticed I started having vaginal bleeding. It’s not enough to even cover a pad but something came over me to take a pregnancy test and it was positive and I am pregnant but I’m scared I maybe miscarrying this would be my second one if I am but does anyone have any experience with this? Like maybe I will be ok and my baby will be ok my mom said to bed rest and try not to get too worked up yet. If I am I think I would be 6 weeks or so. But I thought I had my period this month but maybe it wasn’t? I have no clue what to think. Today I have no cramping but still light bleeding only when I wipe like yesterday. So I’m probably going to go get checked out today but just was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences
