UTI? Or?

Hi, so recent I’ve been having a lot of pelvic pain. Initially I thought it was period, but then I used the bathroom and my urine was a bright green color, so I figured it was a UTI. I just find it odd because I don’t have the frequent urine sensation, I don’t have pain when I pee, it’s just pelvic pain, odor, and the color of my urine. Yesterday it was a orange color. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve never experienced anything like this.

The symptoms of a UTI can range from dysuria or pain on passing urine, foul-smelling urine, lower abdominal pain or pelvic pain to passing blood in urine or hematuria. 
Passing orange-colored urine is a major point of concern. Drugs like Rifampicin can do that but since you aren't on drugs it could be something else. 
You definitely have something serious going on. Please get it checked out.
