Discharge?

I’ve had this cloudy gray/white discharge all throughout my cycle for like 2 months now. I’ve gotten 2 wet mounts and they were negative for yeast and BV and I got a full STD panel that was also negative. I have itching and a little bit of redness and it’s just been hell trying to figure out what this is. Is it possible for wet mounts to have false results?? I’m confused why everything is negative but my discharge has been so abnormal and I shouldn’t be itching normally. The discharge is also a little clumpy, not too much, and just sits at my vaginal opening in this big gray cloud. It’s gross tbh
