Vfl after “period”?

One with contrast and the other unedited. I’ve been feeling awful the last five days and thought I was coming down with something. I see a faint line but timing would make no sense. Last month I was like 15+ days late. My “period” started the 23rd and ended the 27th. I have a light flow and always have so I’m unsure if that means anything yet. Has anyone bled and it not be a period? And I don’t think it’s implantation either as it seems too heavy. Maybe a subchronic hemmhage? Idk. Do you see a line or am I totally crazy lol
