Folliculitis after wax??

I got a Brazilian wax on Saturday (2 days ago). Immediately it hurt but I’m also 16 weeks pregnant so I thought I was being a wimp. I used to get waxed every month before covid so it’s obviously been a while.

Anywho, I got a Brazilian and on Sunday all down there was covered in small white bumps. I’ve never seen anything like it. I thought it was just the post rash so didn’t do anything about it but wear loose clothes. Today, I woke up and still white bumps everywhere. I put a cold compress on, a heating pad, triple antibiotic ointment and then hours later I’ve put tea tree oil on. I’m seeing a difference; it’s not as red in the area but the bumps are still there. I would LOVE any and all advice!!

I fly Wednesday to see my boyfriend and would love to keep my sex life!!
