Group B Strep and NOT PREGNANT

Hi ladies,

Just looking for some information! Last week I went to the gynecologist because I just felt “off” down there. I got a call today saying that I have a yeast infection and tested positive for GBS and a negative pregnancy test (I’m not TTC and have Nexplanon). I’ve never heard of it before so I googled it and all the info I found was relating to pregnancy. Has anyone had it not pregnant? How did I get it? Can I pass it on to my partner? Does this mean that I’m going to be pregnant? Antibiotics are being called in for me tomorrow. Any and all information is good. TIA! ❤️
