7w scare today

Today I woke up to get ready for work and freaked out because I had some bleeding when I wiped. Went to the emergency room and they did an ultrasound to check on my peanut. Turns out at my 6w ultrasound the dr didn’t tell me I had a subchorionic hematoma. It ended up disappearing but in doing so caused me to have old blood. Thankfully my little peanut seems to be doing great. Measuring 7w 4d. Heart rate is 147 and hcg levels are 100,000. I’m really glad that I found out everything is good but I really wish they would’ve told me. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
