So at the 2year check up the suggested a speach evaluation. Over the course of getting evaluated and getting his hearing checked he basically was learning how to do the things they were concerned with. So between that and the fact we simply couldnt afford speach therepy we have worked hard with him and he has made great strides.

A couple of issues we are still having though is some 2 part commands and him using his words. He absolutely knows how to ask for things but he just wont he still cries for things a large portion of the time. If you tell him to say 2 or 3 word phrases he predominantly says only the last word.

Any pointers on how to help him out with these things?

He will be 3 in june.

Part of the issue is he has always been very physically advanced for his age so he can for the most part get what he wants but he will not ask for things 70% of the time until we tell him to ask for it
