first kid @ 30s ???

Question

to the mom the had their first kid in their 30s do you wish you would had them sooner? or do you feel like 30 was ur perfect age.. 
  
p.s there is no right age to have children i just want to see the opinion of woman who had their kids at 30 because im almost 28 so having the conversation with myself as to if i should start now or just enjoy the last two years or my 20’s but i also cant wait to be a mother.

I had my first at 34 and second at 36 (baby is 6 months) . We are all happy and healthy! My husband and I both finished college and have great careers. I am a teacher and have great experience and a reputation in my community so I made the choice to stay home with my children knowing I can return when I am ready. I have connections so I know that re-entering the competitive field will be easier. My husband started his own business and is very successful in its 5th year. If we had children he wouldn’t have felt comfortable taking the risk of leaving his job and we wouldn’t be as financially comfortable. We have no regrets. We have far less stress, more confidence, and an established relationship. Having babies hasn’t been stress free and it isn’t perfect but we are happy.

I had so much fun in my 20s. Met my husband at 28, married at 30, then at 33 my son was born. There were early signs of fertility issues to come, so my only wish was that I advocated for myself more. We were not ttc, but my period all of a sudden was weird even on the pill. My gyno brushed it off as “it happens sometimes” yet I had been on the pill 10+ years and this was a new change.

I had my first at 31. Me and my husband had established our careers, had a beautiful home, and we were ready. We wanted for nothing when it came time for expenses that come with a newborn. A small part of me wishes we had them younger so I would not be so old when they start their own families, but it just was not the right time for us yet. You will see differences between older and younger families and their is no right or wrong way.

My rainbow baby was born just before I turned 32 (husband was 37) - we had been trying for 3 years and our son was our 3rd time lucky after an early miscarriage and then the loss of our daughter at 18 weeks. 
No regrets though, we started TTC at the perfect time for us when we were both 100% ready and committed to wanting a child- I had been wanting children for many years prior but I needed my husband to feel the same before embarking on that next journey. Sure it took longer than we expected, and we had a lot of heartache along the way but it’s made us all the more appreciative of our son and the strength of our marriage 💙💕

Currently 30 with 3 losses behind me. Started out surrogacy journey last year and if everything works out we’ll have our miracle baby next year. I’ll be 31. Of course I wish I had a child younger when I first started trying but life happens. You can’t live with regrets. It is what it is.

I’m 31 going on 32. I had my son at 28. He’s my only one so far (trying hard for #2). There’s pros and cons on both sides. In some ways, I wish I was younger having him because sometimes I don’t have the energy to keep up with him like I would have in my early 20s. However, I don’t think I was mentally ready to have a child any sooner than I did. Plus, having kids is a HUGE responsibility, so it’s always better to wait in my opinion. But I also think it depends on how many kids you want. If you want a big family, you probably should start younger. The older you get, the more likely you are to settle for having less kids. I always wanted a big family. Now I’ll be happy just to have one more. I’m not saying 30+ is old—so don’t get me wrong. But I definitely am not as energetic as I was in my 20s, but that may just be due to my heavy workload. Moral of the story, you have to look at your individual situation... your finances, are you mentally ready now, are you prepared to put in work and make lots of sacrifices, how many kids you plan on having, are you in a stable relationship, etc. If you’re unsure in those areas, you won’t regret waiting. All in all, everything happens in God’s timing, so I have no regrets.
