Spotting at 4 weeks- advice please!!

brownish spotting started today. I’m 13 dpo. It was pretty light throughout the day but it accumulated and this is what my panty liner looked like tonight. My HCG was 78 on Monday and just did a recheck today but don’t have the results yet.

Is this normal implantation bleeding?? Should I be worried?

Last year was my first pregnancy - missed miscarriage discovered at my first ultrasound at 10 weeks, never had any bleeding at any point.
