When is the earliest you started having symptoms?

I've had cramping yesterday and today (today im either 6 or 7 dpo) and while I've never cramped this early before, im worried its just too early to feel anything even if I did conceive. If you've ever been pregnant (and therefore know for sure your symptoms were pg symptoms) when is the earliest you noticed them?

For me i know I conceived because my ovulation cramps never go away . with all three pregnancies it's always been my first symptom 😊

If cramping count then 9dpo thats when i got my positive but also started cramping.

Anything before 9-12dpo will probably not even have hcg, let alone high enough to cause symptoms. I didn’t have any real pregnancy symptoms caused by hcg until around 4+ weeks. Before that hcg level is not high enough so it’s not real pregnancy symptoms.
