Help!

How did you guys make it through the first trimester! I am so miserable I have been vomiting everyday and nauseous 24/7 for the past 3 weeks🤢 I am so happy to be growing a healthy babe but my goodness when will the vomiting go away😭 I can barely eat anything and I vomited blood last Friday from busting capillaries (doctor said I’m fine and it only happened once) I work 7-4 and get home about 4:30-5 and pretty much go straight to bed. I have a trash can in my hand everywhere I go... I am almost 9 weeks.
