I need to say this.

I can’t post this on Facebook because I’m not one of those people who write out lengthy love posts. But I need to put it somewhere because I’m just blessed beyond anything I could comprehend.

5 years together, 2 years married, 2 boys and...

• He literally rubs my back while I fall asleep EVERY night. Never skips a night.

• Knows I’m scared of the dark so he stays awake (without me ever asking him to) until I fall asleep so I won’t have to lay awake in the dark.

• Saw me having an anxiety attack in Walmart (we are in a heavily populated CA city) because of all of the people, so he went the next aisle over, picked all 8 options of what we were choosing between and brought them all to me. Arms full. JUST so I didn’t have to walk into another aisle and I could breathe.

• Dances with me when I’m feeling stressed or down. “Alexa, play Lady In Red.”

• Takes out my hair ties before I go to bed so I don’t forget, then massages my head afterwards. It’s the tiniest little things.

• Prays for me every night under his breath before I fall asleep (he doesn’t know I can hear him).

• Loves manicures, pedicures, shopping, art museums, day adventures, watching movies, etc. Can NEVER get enough of spending time with me.

• We’re talking an Army Vet, oil field worker that went to cosmetology school just to learn how to do his sisters hair. No intention of making a career out of it.

• Brings me flowers and candies at least once a week. Sometimes he makes special trips to the lavender fields and brings me fresh lavender and lavender treats!

• Is literally constantly in touch and in tune with me. There isn’t a time that I feel dismissed or unloved. Always involved in my emotions, how my day was, how I’m feeling, what I’m stressed about, etc.

This man is literally a GOD send.
