Blood and mucus ??😦

My 4 months old baby has passed some mucus along with little blood, wha that can be i am so worried she is completely on breastfeed. But she is not fussy or cranky she is playing and eating well. Please tell me if anyone experienced that i am so scared 😦

She could also be responding to your hormones changing. This happened with my daughter and that is what my doctor told me.

If it's only a little its fine and if it happens more than 3 poops then take her in. Could just be irritation
