Bleeding/spotting

Has anyone else had bleeding, or spotting? On and off? We’re you checked?

I started bleeding bright red a few days ago... according to my LMP I would be 7 weeks today....

I went to the hospital got a scan, heartbeat was 122... baby was visible....

They said it was because I am blood type O- and needed a Rhogam shot. Well I was at the hospital all night, ended up in triage... for the shot, bleeding stopped that morning when I woke up (I got home around 3am) so around 10am...

Today, like 9ish, I went pee and there was some pink blood again... I’m just worried I guess.

I’m hoping I have nothing to worry about.
