Is it wrong for me to be upset that my boyfriend will talk to a bunch of other girls about certian personal stuff but not me?

It’s an issue that is really personal and is something he kept from me for months in the beginning of our relationship and after he told me it was something he could talk to me about but I guess it’s not anymore and he’ll talk to all these other girls about it but never with me and I find that really upsetting. I get that sometimes you just don’t want to talk to certain people about certain things but was just wandering if it’s wrong of me to be so upset about it
