*Not baby related...but couldn’t find a group

I’m a SAHM and have a 9 month old. I say this all the time and I’m so not use to just being home and not working. And recently I e noticed I started drinking ALOT more. I wouldn’t say I’m an alcoholic but I do feel if I keep going the way I am I will eventually get there. Anytime I feel stressed or sad or just want to relax I turn to alcohol...this is a new feeling because before I had a healthy relationship with drinking. I knew my limit and didn’t really crave it like I do now. I wake up every morning telling myself I’m not gonna drink and all day all I can think about is “once you put him to sleep u can drink”. I exercise and eat pretty healthy and I do think that since I use to use food as my comfort and I don’t do that anymore I kinda shifted towards drinking now...ugh sorry but I don’t know how to go about this and I’m not even sure if I can post this here. I just want advice or other people perspective on the situation.
