Bleeding at 4 weeks

Hi all

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks last month and looks like I'm pregnant again after a few tests.

Started spotting day after period was due then full red bleed yesterday but nothing in pad overnight and today only there when I wipe and its slowing right down.

I can't see a doctor until Monday :(

Praying it's good news as last time I had lots more blood and cramping/back ache before it happened.

I've heard there a few explanations but wondered if people could share personal experiences? Thank you so much in advance xxx
