HELP PLEASE
okay so i’m pretty sure i have a haemorrhoid and i need help on how to fix it. i am in so much pain, and i can’t go to the docs, so please some home fixes please!!!!!!
- i drink plenty of water
- food is pretty good, eggs and fruit throughout the day, veggies and meat for dinner.
