2nd misscarriage

I ladies. I was pregant late lst year and had a misscarriage November 8th and a D&C Nov 13th. I recently just found out i was pregnant again and today i woke up bleeding. It started with brownish discharge friday, i was hoping it was dry blood but today its full red. I havent filled a pad or anything but im assuming i am currently misscarrying right now. I have two beautiful girls 5&2 from my previous marriage so i have been pregant before. Have any moms had a similar situation? I dont want to loose hope but im scared maybe i just cant have children anymore :(
