The worst headaches

I’ve been having the worst headaches ever, my son is almost a year old and since he was 3 months, I’ve had terrible migraines. I was seeing a chiropractor and that helped for a while but I have to see him like once a week to fix it.

I woke up one night to the baby crying and my body moved before my head and something just put me in so much pain I didn’t want to move for a minute or two. I was told that maybe a disc slipped? I was also told that my neck was, and I quote, “tighter than a steel cable”. My shoulders, base of skull, neck, are all very tight no matter what I do and they cause migraines so bad I feel sick sometimes.I don’t know if it’s from the epidural or a disc or tension headache or anything. The medical here isn’t exactly helpful.

I just want to make these headaches stop and to not have to go to a chiropractor every week of my life, especially in a pandemic.

I just want to be a mom who can go out with my son and enjoy adventures and such. I don’t want to be like my mom who just complains and sat there my whole life.
