Dont know what to call this

So today I went to file my taxes. And the last thing I remember the lady saying was we are gunna have to have schedule you for the next day. I started shaking and blacking out and I knew I was looking right at her. I just couldn't hear her or anyone around me. It felt like I passed out while standing up?

I get gome and couple hours later I go to the bathroom and I have the same episode only thing is this on was worse i was so hot I had took my shirt off and hubby had to all but carry me from the toilet to the couch I could barely hear and I was so shakey it took everything to make it to the couch I dont remember much but It was scary. Any ideas as to what's happening?
