Need answers

I am at a loss this might be long but here goes. I am a 40 year old woman and I had my period December 27-29 and should of had my period again on January 20or the 23 but nothing and still nothing. I have taken multiple tests all day negative or not pregnant. I have had my tubes tied for nine years but there is always a chance that something could happen know a few women that it has happened to and they had theirs tied longer then I have had mine. Just curious to see what you all might think might be going on and what you think I need to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
