Feeling weird for days ....

So a bit of back story. I’ve been having cramping, bloating extreme, stuffy/runny nose, mild to moderate cramping, on and off headaches and extreme fatigue since about 2DPO. So knowing that I shouldn’t have I tested at 4DPO negative. Fast fwd to Monday @ 8DPO did a blood test per my dr and negative. Fast fwd to now at 10DPO I wiped tonight @ about 7:40pm (1st pic I wiped) look funny (2nd pic wiped again) and I’m like okkk weird. I have been cramping moderately from the middle to lower abdomen to the lower left side and middle of back all day. I also have a bit of tight in my belly when I poke

Around it and feeling twinges like a tad bit of pulling. I feel like I’m still not out yet until AF is due which is suppose to be in 4 days. I am nervous as hell because I’m sure AF is starting early but I’m still hoping that this implantation 😬🤞🏼🙏🏼. What do you guys think?
