Rude awakening

So I was thinking that I could buy a home for my daughter and I. I’m a single mom working as a pharmacy technician making 33k per year. I will have my car paid off around this time next year but with my income, I calculated that I can qualify for 90k mortgage. What am I supposed to buy for 90k? Heartbroken. Apartments are to expensive😕
