Working from home infant care?

Question

My husband and I are ttc. We both work from home and can take parental leave for 3 months once baby is here. We are thinking about in home care after that.
Does anyone here use a nanny? What do you do for in home care if you work from home with an infant? Thanks.

I put mine in daycare. I had my first at home with me for a week here and there for various reasons and I hated it. It was next to impossible to focus on my job when I could hear my baby in the other room, and I felt like it was tough on my baby to see me go in a room alone and leave him for hours at a time. Maybe with more time we could’ve gotten used to it but it didn’t feel worth it for me. Daycare was also cheaper.
