I dont know help!
Had my membranes sweep today at 4:00 p.m and ive started feeling alot of cramping that were every 5 minutes.... the past hour i have more of a pain in my lower belly and in my back but its every 10-13 minutes they are manageable from 1-10 being the worse i say about a 5 .
I dont know how contractions feel 🤔
Is this just a sign of the sweep or am i in early labor ?
Im 2 cm dilated as of today
