What is the first sign/indication you had when you knew you were pregnant?!

I know not all are the same. My tummy has been acting up lately. Now I'm nauseous, but I feel it might be too early to be getting symptoms.

My first pregnancy, I didn't show symptoms until I was 6 weeks. And that was almost 9 years ago, so it's been awhile.

My SO and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year now, so I don't want to get my hopes too high in the event that I'm not pregnant.
