Miscarriage ??

Ok so I’m 19 years old and I truly believe I miscarried for the SECOND time...

The first time I miscarried I spotted for four days and bled for two days until I miscarried the baby. I also was in immense pain until I passed the baby. This time I just started bleeding while I had sex and continued bleeding but I only had cramps that one night but no other pain since. No spotting.. It’s like I’m on my period I only passed a small piece of tissue and that’s it. Did I miscarry??
