Who should I talk to if I feel I’m being treated unfairly by my general manager?

She’s telling me I’m not doing well cause I’m not learning, but then sticks me in the same spot every single time. She’s also trying to cut my hours so she doesn’t have to train me in opening even tho I’ve already opened before. I’d rather not get fired for being stuck in the same spot constantly. I also don’t want to get fired for complaining about being in the same spot. I’m ALSO not getting enough hours to even pay 1/3 of my monthly rent. She tells me over and over “you have to do better to get more hours” and then doesn’t give me room to actually improve. When she’s gone I have lots of freedom to do things but when she comes in, she’s always treating me like I haven’t learned anything even tho I’ve proved I have. I can do everything a trained barista can do and yet I’m being treated like I know nothing. Is there someone I can report this to or do I have to transfer stores and lose all the friends I’ve made?
