Ttc after mirena

So I Removed mirena last month and started trying one week later it’s been one week since the first time and a couple times after that , I know it might be a dumb question but when would I test ? Or should I wait for any signs ? My per hasn’t returned so hard to tell ... I know it could take months to conceive but I have read stories of ladies conceiving right away . I tried 18m for my son so idk I’m lost this time lol help !!!
