Condom split

Me and my boyf were having sex when the condom split without us knowing. He then proceeded to cum and it went inside of me cuz the condom split. I am on the mini pill as birth control though. But I have anxiety and am stressing out a lot. Is there a chance I could get pregnant and should take a plan b pill or will I be ok because of my birth control? Help, I’m stressed AF 🥺🙈
