Sore breast no lumps
My right breast started hurting really badly yesterday, on the inside/medial portion. I massage my breasts every morning and evening with a roller type tool. I don't feel any kind of lumps but it feels like someone punched me really hard. Nursing isn't giving any relief. Could this still be a clogged duct even though I don't feel lumps at all? My baby is 2 1/2 weeks old. Should I try to pump for relief or no? I've never pumped before.
