Very light period implantation? So confused

Hello there, I’m on day 3 of my period but it’s really just been light spotting the whole time. Not at all what my period is like usually. So I started on Saturday. I took multiple pregnancy tests including on Friday and they were negative. I don’t really track ovulation but according to the app I was 13-14DPO when my period started (basically around when I would normally expect it). My question is: can I implant that late? Any reason for an unusually light period? I did have a CP two cycles ago but my first period after CP was normal. I guess I’m mostly concerned because I’m nice my period started on Saturday I started drinking wine, especially with Valentine’s Day I’ve had quite a bit of wine over the last few days. I wouldn’t want to now find out I’m pregnant and I shouldn’t have been drinking. I’m just confused. Anyone else experience light periods for no good reason? Thanks!
