Positive test 3 weeks after d&c

Triggering post again I’m sorry!

Unfortunately our baby stopped growing and I had to have a D&C on 22nd January. I would have been 10 weeks but was measuring at 6 and had a missed miscarriage. My doctor followed up with me 3 weeks after to ensure a pregnancy test is showing as negative, well it’s not. It’s still positive. They want me to do another test this week and if it is still positive I need to go in for a scan.

Has anyone else had this? I’m worried the D&C wasn’t complete and I’ll have to go through that all again 💔 I just want to be able to move on from this 💔
