How do I keep my supply up?

Is it possible to keep my supply and not breastfeed at night but throughout the day?
I work a graveyard shift and I can’t pump at work 
Tips? Please help

They legally have to let you pump. You are your baby’s food supply.

It is law that the employer is required to allow you adequate time and private clean space to pump. And that is not a bathroom.

Your body will adjust to when it needs milk. My son naturally dropped his night feeds by 10 weeks, but still breastfed during the day for 7 months. You will loose the supply for your night feeds, but if there’s demand during the day, that supply will stay
