What is that?

I was told i have just one baby in there. Heart beat 161 measures 8 w 1 day but last cycle would place me at 7 w 4 days. Anyway when i asked the technician was that bump another baby she said i dont know ...i only see one fetal pole and one heartbeat. 
What is that other bump???

It almost looks like it could be a fibroid. Your doctor would call if anything was wrong though!

I'm not sure why the tech couldn't tell you what it is but it almost looks like a yolk sac to me!

Could it be a hematoma? Maybe that’s why the tech couldn’t tell you what it is. I have twins and the second bump doesn’t look anything like another baby.
