New baby and pumping

Baby is 5 days old. I nursed my first but this one didn’t seem to have an interest in latching and staying latched. I had to supplement at the hospital because she didn’t seem like she was getting anything and is an eater!.

I was waiting for my milk to come in. I’m finally engorged today but when I pump I only get an ounce from each and am still engorged.

I’ve never pumped this early. Will it go away ? Do I need to try to nurse her ? (I’m trying to pump and bottle feed her). The boobs are hurting ! But they aren’t leaking and it still looks like transitional milk (yellowish).

What do pumpers do at night ? How do I pump and feed her ? That seems like it’s her zero sleep.
