Nipple Guards/Collection Cups
I have very sensitive nipples, especially after pumping, so I have been using nipple guards to help alleviate the pain. There is a lot of milk collected in between pumping sessions, so I try and empty the guards at least every hour because otherwise I spill milk in my bra. If I wash the guards frequently, would it be possible to save the milk? It just seems like such a waste.
