TW: Scared of loss or birth complications

I know we’ve reached a point in pregnancy where loss is 1/1000 or less, but I still get hit with waves of panic and anxiety (mostly at night) that I will be the unlucky one who goes through the unimaginable.

Has anyone dealt with similar fears? How have/did you cope? I just can’t seem to console myself some days. I’m due Feb 25 and am in agony waiting and hoping my baby will be okay.
