How long after bloody show did you go into labor/start having regular contractions?
I’m 40 weeks and 1 day, first time mom, I feel like I start my bloody show this afternoon. It was thicker then normal discharge, mucus like, and dark ready. Yesterday at my appointment, I was a tight 1cm and 50-60 percent effaced. I had a lot of cramping today, almost constantly, I was active (lots of walking and using birthing ball) and experienced lots of pelvic pressure.
