Blood everytime I poop

So for maybe the past two weeks every time I poop there’s bright red blood, just a drop or two normally. However, today there was the most blood theres ever been and I’m scared my mom suggested I have hemorrhoids but this was a lot compared to the other times 😭 I’m only 21 and I’m so scared. I was constipated and the poop was like hard tiny balls but this is scaring me so much. I am going to go to the doctor but I can’t yet so for now someone please ease my mind I’m scared 😭 has this happened to anyone else before? Is it hemorrhoids? There’s no symptoms of anything besides the bleeding except sometimes I’m itchy after wiping with baby wipes and showering good. I’m so sorry for the TMI.
