Maybe I’m overthinking 😔

My son is 19 months and I’m getting concerned about him not saying as many words as he should. Like he understands words but just doesn’t say them. He baby babbles mostly. If I say nose he’ll point to his nose, or if I say head he’ll touch touch his head. If I say no to something he’ll stop. When he wants something he’ll just push me to it and direct me towards what he wants. I’m worried that he’s behind and I just need opinions on what I should do.
