Not baby related but I would love anyones suggestions!

Currently 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and baby will be born in early July. I want to find some supportive high waisted shorts that are CUTE for thick thighs. I love high waisted shorts with the "sailor" style buttons. But I'm having issues finding shorts that will be good quality and be comfortable. Second issue is because I have thick thighs I have no thigh gap. How do other women prevent chafing when wearing shorts?! I want to be more confident and comfortable in what I wear this summer and thick thigh chafing has always held me back.

I also live in Alberta, Canada so please only recommend things I can buy in Canada 🙏
