Friend going weird on me

So a coyple years ago me and this girl were cool (close friends) at the time i was going thru a bisexual stage and it had been a long time like 4 years that I was bi. She recently told me that she wants me to be hers and i didnt agree or disagree. She told me she did some very strong drugs but dont do them anymore. I was taken back. If she had any type of chances thats over with for sure. Not that i was actually interested anyway. She is such a good friend and i dont really have many so im like how do i go forward with this? It sucks because im really good at telling the truth but not breaking hearts. Any advice? Im also a bad liar....😬 im pretty much at a mental state to where i need this friend.im married also. I dont have family if i did it would be cool 🤦🏾 advice pls ?
