Pregnant relationship advice ?

Hey , so since me and my fiancé have moved in our apartment June 2020 , he has been having constant company , almost everyday . It wasn’t a big issue , but I’m pregnant , and it honestly did become serious to me , until 2 weeks ago when he had a friend over who has a nasty cough and I got a cold for 2 weeks . For one I found it extremely rude for his friend to come over and he knew he was sick and he knew I am pregnant, the friend stand for multiple days and EXCEEDED HIS STAY PERIOD .. in my eyes . I told my fiancé this morning I don’t want anyone else here unless it is family . The apartment is in my name , but we spilt all bills down the middle . He said okay . I took a nap and I hear people in my house . I saw a girl and her boyfriend sitting on my couch . I asked them to leave my house because I just told my fiancé I didn’t want anyone here because we are in the middle of a pandemic and I was recently sick and I don’t want to get sick anymore .. they left .. and now my fiancé is mad .. I don’t care honestly .. I care about the health of my a baby .. & on top of that .. I ask my fiancé not to smoke in the house anymore because our apartment is small .. he mostly smokes cigarettes outside , but some days he will sneak a quick cigarette in the bathroom and I can still smell it! What should I do about this ? How should I handle this situation , I’m tired of the constant disrespect, other than this issues he is a great fiancé and great father to be , I just feel like he doesn’t take my role in the house seriously when legally this is my apartment. I don’t like being a bitch and kicking people out but if he takes me as a joke what else am I to do ?
