Miscarriage at 7 weeks? Please help

I’m 7+3 today.

Last night back aches and then I had a bright red bleed that came on suddenly. I ran to the toilet and sat there for a while. After a little while I felt a strange sensation and when I looked down I’d passed a big, dark red clump of mass/tissuey stuff. I was distraught! I continued to bleed for around half an hour but since then it’s subsided. I’m still in agony with my back and I can’t sleep. I can’t call the hospital until 10 am and decided not to go to a and e last night as our daughter was asleep and I feel nervous because of covid. Has this happened to anyone else?
