Hemorrhoids TMI

Sorry for the TMI but I am struggling!

I got my first hemorrhoid when I had anal like 3 years ago. Then I got pregnant and they just increased in size and count. Wiping after a bowel movement wasn’t difficult.

I am pregnant again (28 weeks) and after I have a bowel movement, I can NEVER get 100% clean down there. There is always residue on my underwear. I will wipe for 10 mins+ and still can’t get clean because my hemorrhoids are in the way.

What can I possibly do to help lessen this??
