What does round ligament pain feel like?

I think I’m experiencing it for the first time at 12 weeks. It’s mostly on my left side and has been pretty constant since last night. It does worry me a little bit because I don’t know if that’s what it is for sure. It’s not just when I move, it’s all the time. Sometimes it pulses and sometimes it’s just there lightly. What does yours feel like?

Mine showed up last week for the first time after a particularly busy day of cleaning my house. I just woke up that next day with awful and constant pain on both sides but worse on the right, near the underside of my belly. It was a little better if I sat down but was constant still. I spent the few days after it appeared in pain while walking mostly. It got better slowly and now just bothers me if I do sudden movements or anything involving my core. I tried mopping my floors today and it hurt immediately. I talked to the on-call OB and my own OB last week and they both told me when it flares up it’s not necessarily intermittent pain, but can be constant. They also both told me rest/put my feet up, heating pad, and Tylenol. The heating pad helped a lot!
